Philip Ziminsky Principal/Project Manager/Engineer

Mr. Ziminsky is a Mechanical Engineer with over twenty five years of experience in the management, engineering, design and operation of power generation facilities   Mr. Ziminsky’s experience has been concentrated in the design, engineering, regulatory approval, construction, startup and operation of small to medium sized cogeneration and independent power projects fueled by biogas.  His involvement has included all phases of project work including equipment design and specification, project management, and operation supervision.  He has gained extensive experience with a variety of power technologies including: simple and combined cycle combustion turbines, diesel and spark ignited engine-generators, equipment electrical/I&C troubleshooting, and biogas treatment system technologies.   Mr. Ziminsky is a graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marine Engineering.  He is currently working on his Master Degree in Engineering Management from Northeastern University. He has co-authored and presented four technical papers on Lo Btu fuel combustion in spark ignited engines and power plant operation. He is also a NULPA registered 3rd Class Operating Engineer.

Charles Billiter  Principal/Operating Engineer  

Mr. Billiter is an Operating Engineer with over twenty five years of experience in the management, maintenance and operation of industrial and power generation facilities.   Mr. Billiter’s experience has been concentrated in the construction, startup, operation and maintenance facilities that generate electric power and thermal energy for the paper and trash to energy industries. His involvement has included all phases of facility O&M including equipment specification and installation, electrical/I&C troubleshooting, environmental compliance, plant management, and operation supervision.  He has gained extensive experience with a variety of power technologies including: condensing and back pressure steam turbines, diesels and spark ignited engine-generators, boilers and gas turbines.   Mr. Billiter is MA registered 2nd Class Operating Engineer.
